What is Motivation? "Motivation is of two types. one is external motivation and the other is internal motivation".
External motivation is one in which we get inspiration from other people. If someone tells us that you look beautiful. Then we are being inspired by others. we call it external motivation.
Example-The mother said to her child, son, if you top class 6 this time, I will gift you a cycle. In such a situation, giving a mother's gift to the child is an external motivation.
But if the mother does not give her a cycle even after topping the sixth grade, then that child will become demotivated. However, If we stay motivated from the inside then we don't need external inspiration.
Inspiration or lack thereof need not come from outside. They can all be from the inside.
If you have a strong desire then you can achieve anything in your life but if you do not have a strong desire then you have not achieved your goal on time.
We must learn to develop intrinsic motivation within ourselves and it is only when we are determined for something. That's when we stay motivated for something. If we are determined to achieve something, we automatically get motivated.
If you want to exercise daily but sometimes miss exercise, then tell your mind its benefits and if you do not do exercise yoga then tell your mind its disadvantages.
If we know "why" we need something, we are motivated to have that thing. Why is it a very effective word, by this we can control our mind? If we know the reason why we need to want something. Then we will get it easily.
Find your "why" and then you get to know the power of "Why".
Here we are sharing Motivational Quotes with you so that you can get Motivation, after reading you will become Motivated.
